  • Brooklyn Kura Occidental Dry Hopped Junmai

    This distinctive sake begins as a traditionally crafted single-yeast Tokubetsu Junmai. After fermentation and pressing, it is gently infused with dry hops, capturing their aromatic character. Initially, the hops impart a green tint to the sake, which, over time, evolves with oxygen and alcohol into its signature pink hue.

  • Hakkaisan Snow Aged Junmai Daiginjo 3 Years

    This Junmai Ginjo Genshu sake was matured alongside and chilled by a massive amount of snow stored in the same insulated room, known as our “Yukimuro”. This method of storing food at low temperatures, using the abundant snow provided by nature, has been used traditionally in our snowy region of Uonuma, Japan for centuries.

  • Rokkasen Godan Jikomi Junmai

    Its name refers to a five-stage brewing method inspired by historical Edo-period sake-making texts.
